  • 200 gr. Macaroni.
  • Water.
  • Himalayan salt.


  • 1 tbsp Frozen garlic.
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil.
  • 3 tbsp Flour.
  • 400 ml. Milk.
  • 80 gr. Grated vegan cheese of your choice (smoked).
  • Tumeric.
  • Smoked paprika.
  • Himalayan salt.



  • Put to boil 1 litre of water in a cooking pot and add himalayan salt.
  • When the water is boling add the pasta and stir well. Stir from time to time (follow the instructions on the package).


  • Pour 3 tbsp of olive oil and add the garlic. Cook for around 2 minutes.
  • Add 3 tbsp of flour, mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
  • Pour the milk little by little and stir all the time. Cook until it begins to have a thicker consistency.
  • Add the cheese, tumeric, smoked paprika and himalayan salt. Mix well.
  • Once the sauce and pasta is cooked to your taste drain the pasta and pour it to the sauce. Mix well and cook for a couple of minutes.


If you don’t have smoked cheese you can use 1/2 tsp of liquid smoke.
