- 250 gr of Baguette bread.
- 1 Ripe tomato.
- ½ Red Onion.
- ½ Tbsp. of Extra virgin olive oil.
- 1/8 Teaspoon of Salt.
- 1 Teaspoon of Oregano.
- Wash and dry well the tomatoes. Then cut the tomatoes into cubes and place them in a bowl.
Peel and dice the onion. Then, mix the minced onion with the tomatoes.
- Season to taste with: extra virgin olive oil, salt, and oregano.
- Cut the baguette bread into diagonal slices and toast to your taste.
- Lastly, place your toasted bread slices in a serving place and add the tomato mixture on top.
