  • 250 gr of Baguette bread.
  • 1 Ripe tomato.
  • ½ Red Onion.
  • ½ Tbsp. of Extra virgin olive oil.
  • 1/8 Teaspoon of Salt.
  • 1 Teaspoon of Oregano.


  1. Wash and dry well the tomatoes. Then cut the tomatoes into cubes and place them in a bowl.
  2. Peel and dice the onion. Then, mix the minced onion with the tomatoes.

  1. Season to taste with: extra virgin olive oil, salt, and oregano.
  2. Cut the baguette bread into diagonal slices and toast to your taste.
  3. Lastly, place your toasted bread slices in a serving place and add the tomato mixture on top.
