Ingredients

  • 200 gr. of Yogurt.
  • ½ Banana.
  • 1 Strawberry.
  • 14 Blueberries.
  • 6 Raw almonds.
  • 1 Tbsp. of Sunflower seeds.

Instructions

  1. Pour the vegan yogurt into a bowl.
  2. Wash and slice the strawberry and slice the ½ banana.
  3. Wash the blueberries.
  4. Place the fruit on top of the yogurt, add the almonds and sprinkle some sunflower seeds.

Notes

For this recipe, I used strawberry yogurt, but you can use the flavor you like. Also, with vegan yogurt, there are more and more varieties, such as soy, coconut, oats, etc to choose from.
