Super green salad
Enjoy this healthy vegan salad full of flavors and nutrients. This vegan salad it's super easy and quick to prepare with fresh and raw ingredients, season it with a delicious and simple dressing.
Ingredients
Salad
- 50 gr. of Wild rocket.
- 200 gr. of Lettuce.
- 50 gr. of Spinach.
- 1 Tbsp. of Pumpkin seeds.
- 1 Tsp. of Nutritional yeast.
- 1 Tsp. of Flax-seed.
SALAD DRESSING
- ½ Tsp. of Balsamic vinegar.
- 1 Tsp. of Gluten-free soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. of Olive oil.
- 1 Pinch of Himalayan salt.
- ¼ Tsp. of Garlic powder.
- ½ Tsp. of Dried parsley.
Instructions
SALAD
- Wash well the wild rocket, spinach, and lettuce.
- Cut them with a knife or with your hands and place them in a salad bowl.
SALAD DRESSING
- To prepare the salad dressing mix in a small bowl: balsamic vinegar, olive oil, soy sauce, salt, garlic powder, and dried parsley.
- Add the dressing to the salad and mix well.
- Then, on top you can add the nutritional yeast and the flax seed.
