Ingredients

  • 1 Medium orange.

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 100 °C degrees (212 °F approx.).
  2. Wash and dry the orange, then slice the orange about 5mm or less.
  3. I placed the orange slices on a cooking mesh. You can place them on a baking tray with a cooking liner/grease-proof or non-stick baking paper.
  4. Place the tray in the center of the oven and leave the oven door open (around 1cm).
  5. Cook for around 1hr and 30 minutes or until they get dried and crispy*.
  6. Once are dried to your taste let them cool down and you can store them in a glass container with a lid.

Notes

*Cooking times can vary depending on your oven. I used an electric fan-assisted oven.
