BAKED APPLE SLICES
This easy, affordable, and delicious baked apple slices are great as a versatile dessert that you can use in many other recipes.
Ingredients
- 3 Medium Apples.
- 2 Tbsp. of Sugar.
- 2 Tbsp. of Unsalted Vegan butter.
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (350 degrees f or 400 F).
- Wash the apples. Cut them in half and remove the core.
- Cut the apples into slices of around 1 cm.
- In a glass baking dish with parchment paper place the apple slices.
- With a kitchen brush spread melted butter (vegan) on the apple slices.
- Then, sprinkle 2 tbsp. of sugar.
- Place the baking dish in the center and top part of the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and turn the apple slices. Add sugar or more melted butter if you wish.
- Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for another 15 minutes.
- After 30 minutes of baking your apple slices they should be perfectly tender and with a golden delicious colour.
- Serve warm*.
