MINI RAW PIZZA

SEASONING FOR PIZZA
This is a super fresh and light mini pizza that you can enjoy at different times of the day, such as for breakfast or as a snack. To make this light dish I used homemade vegan cream cheese (I linked the recipe below), but if you are in a rush or if you already have another vegan cheese option this recipe would be yummy too.
In the second place, seasoning is really important too. Although I keep this recipe simple in terms of seasoning, you can always add other herbs that go very well with the tomato, for example, basil. So if you want to add more flavor besides the aromatic oregano, check the following list for more ideas.
- Parsley.
- Basil.
- Sage.
- Cilantro.
- Garlic powder.
- Onion powder.
- Black pepper.

EXTRA INGREDIENTS FOR PIZZA
Additionally to the aromatic and fresh herbs, you can add other delicious and nutritious ingredients. This can include but is not limited to the following list of ingredients ideas.
- Avocados.
- Green olives.
- Black olives.
- Spring onions.
- Chopped fresh garlic.
- Chopped red onions.

Mini raw pizza
Super easy and quick mini pizza to enjoy as a snack or as an easy vegan breakfast too. This raw mini pizzas recipe is really simple to make and is also gluten-free! Ready to make in 5 minutes with just 4 ingredients!
Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp. of Vegan cream cheese.
- 1 large tomato (or 2 small).
- 2 Rice cakes.
- 1 Pinch of Oregano.
Instructions
- Spread the soft cream cheese on the rice cakes.
- Wash and cut the tomato into slices.
- Place the tomatoes on top of the vegan cheese.
- Sprinkle with some dried oregano.
