This roast potatoes recipe is easy and simple and has the great flavor of garlic and onions!

Ingredients

  • 500 gr. of Potatoes.
  • 2 Medium onions.
  • 8 Garlic cloves.
  • 3 Tbsp. of Olive oil.
  • 1 Tsp. of Paprika.
  • 1 Tsp. of Oregano.
  • 1 Tsp. of Parsley.
  • 1 Tsp. of Ground garlic.
  • ½ Tsp. of Himalayan salt.

Instructions

  1. Peel and cut the potatoes into big chunks and boil them in water with salt for around 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 °C degrees (400 °F approx.).
  3. In a glass baking dish pour and spread 1 tbsp. of olive oil.
  4. Peel and slice the onions. Place them in the baking tray, and pour 1 tbsp. of olive oil and season with paprika, oregano, parsley, and ground garlic. Place the garlic cloves between the onions.
  5. Drain the potatoes and place them on top of the onions and garlic cloves. Season to taste with: 2 tbsp. of olive oil, paprika, oregano, parsley, and ground garlic.
  6. Cook in the oven for around 40 minutes*. From time to time stir the potatoes.
  7. Once the potatoes, onions, and garlic cloves are cooked to your taste add the Himalayan salts.

*I have a fan-assisted oven, if you have a different oven cooking times might vary.
