This roast potatoes recipe is easy and simple and has the great flavor of garlic and onions!
Ingredients
- 500 gr. of Potatoes.
- 2 Medium onions.
- 8 Garlic cloves.
- 3 Tbsp. of Olive oil.
- 1 Tsp. of Paprika.
- 1 Tsp. of Oregano.
- 1 Tsp. of Parsley.
- 1 Tsp. of Ground garlic.
- ½ Tsp. of Himalayan salt.
Instructions
- Peel and cut the potatoes into big chunks and boil them in water with salt for around 15 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 200 °C degrees (400 °F approx.).
- In a glass baking dish pour and spread 1 tbsp. of olive oil.
- Peel and slice the onions. Place them in the baking tray, and pour 1 tbsp. of olive oil and season with paprika, oregano, parsley, and ground garlic. Place the garlic cloves between the onions.
- Drain the potatoes and place them on top of the onions and garlic cloves. Season to taste with: 2 tbsp. of olive oil, paprika, oregano, parsley, and ground garlic.
- Cook in the oven for around 40 minutes*. From time to time stir the potatoes.
- Once the potatoes, onions, and garlic cloves are cooked to your taste add the Himalayan salts.
